Bryan Parker, PhD

Bryan Parker is an accomplished winemaker with a strong passion for his profession, and years of relevant experience. He balances a solid foundation of technical and scientific expertise with his creativity and desire to craft the best wines possible. His careful oversight has lead to the creation of the perfect wines to help you discover the best Sonoma has to offer: Hideaway Creek.

A graduate of Rutgers University with a degree in chemistry, Parker earned a Ph.D. in physical chemistry from the University of Illinois. He also studied viticulture and enology extensively at UC Davis, where he is now on staff as part of the Extension program.
